It's ba-ack... Summer's here and the time is right... So Toronto area rock fans, be on the lookout this weekend! Canada's own Sam Roberts is making his way to Edgefest 2008 at Downsview Park on Saturday July 12th in support of his latest release Love At The End Of The World. Also on the bill this Saturday are Ashes Divide, fronted by A Perfect Circle guitarist Billy Howerdel, and New York alternative rockers The Bravery.

While this band may get everyone's solar plexus wedged wide-open, they certainly don't mind ramming a steel-toed boot in for good measure! These Vancouverites just got off a west coast tour with State of Shock and are set to release their Island Records debut album In This Life on July 15th! The first single off the album is 'Ready To Roll' which is also the theme song to WWE's Summer Slam 2008!

Canada's own Protest the Hero debuted at the top of the Canadian charts this week with their new album Fortress!
